The IBM BladeCenter (above) is a powerful server platform that can be used to host and test       numerous research projects related to PowerLabDK. The BladeCenter consists of 8 blades (servers)      that through virtualization can support a large number of virtual machines. With a total of 64 cores      and 256 GB of RAM there is enough computing power for advanced simulation work.   Facilities PowerLabDK includes new facilities and links existing facilities at DTU Elektro, Risø DTU and Copenhagen University College of Engineering with Østkraft’s power system on Bornholm.   You can read more about these facilities in the left menu.
