High Power Lab Basic training Education Research in electrotechnical components and installations. The high-power laboratory at DTU Diplom is designed for conducting various short-circuit tests. The main supply is a separate 10 kV-line. From 10kV level the high-power laboratory is supplied through two parallel transformers, to a short-circuit supply in the range 230-690V.   Measurements are possible at very high accuracy, the short-circuit currents are obtained by Rogowski coils and digital integrators.   The high-power laboratory building is specially designed and secured with the purpose to resist the effects and make it secure when completing high current and high power testing.
