The PowerFlexHouse placed at Risø is a facility in the PowerLabDK collaboration. The original PowerFlexHouse are widely used in research and education activities and is therefore often overbooked.
In November CEE took over two buildings from CAS DTU CampusService), which is transformed into laboratory facilities. CAS has been running the project and establishing a 70m2 hut with necessary switchboards and laying 800m of cables for connecting the houses to the SYSLAB facility.
The experimental facility now consists of three building, which can be run as single entities or as a group of buildings. The buildings are fitted with sensors, actuators and controllable appliances connected so SYSLAB-node computers.
The first house has been commissioned as a part of a bachelor project.
