In the middle of March 2012 Danish Fundamental Metrology purchased a scanning laser vibrometer for about 1 million DKK and placed it at the disposal of Acoustic Technology
A scanning laser vibrometer is an instrument that can map the vibrational pattern of a vibrating structure, and access to this instrument will be extremely useful for the research activities at Acoustic Technology – for example in connection with development of advanced measurement techniques such as acoustic holography.
